The Raise3D RMS220 is a high-performance selective laser sintering (SLS) 3D printer designed to combine productivity, precision, and reliability for industrial applications. With a generous build volume of 220 × 220 × 350 mm (17 liters), it supports both the rapid prototyping of medium to large parts and low-volume production runs with remarkable speed and accuracy.

Powered by a 75 W fiber laser (1064 nm wavelength) and a high-precision galvanometer scanning at speeds up to 30,000 mm/s, the RMS220 achieves fine detail with a dimensional accuracy of ±0.2 mm and can produce thin walls as narrow as 0.5 mm in supported modes, meeting demanding tolerance requirements. Its advanced 4-zone infrared heating system ensures uniform temperature control across the build platform for consistent print results and minimal warping.

Designed for operational efficiency, the RMS220 features a quick-change powder system that cuts material swap times to just 45 minutes, coupled with RFID powder management for automatic material recognition and configuration. This reduces downtime and material mix-up risks while enabling users to run up to 5 kg of parts per day using engineering powders like PA12, PA11, and TPU90A. The printer supports layer heights from 0.05 to 0.40 mm and integrates seamlessly with Raise3D’s ideaMaker slicing software supporting CAD-standard file formats.
